Inner Drivers

"Be perfect!", "Hurry up!", "Try hard!", "Please others!", "Be strong!" – these inner beliefs, called drivers, often unconsciously shape our actions. In stressful situations, they take the lead and can spur us to performance, but also put us under massive pressure.

We work on identifying your personal drivers and finding a healthy way to deal with them. The goal is not to abolish them, but to use their positive sides without being dictated by them ("allower" principle).
